My heart rate goes up starting to read a new book, with the excitement of a new tool, a new perspective.
I use them as notebooks to reference their own content and often find to do lists and random scrawls at the back.
My own notes written in these books may not be as interesting as you may like, but that is what this Red Notebook is for—the universal topics, references to other words and visions.
